Workout Lowdown

For me, going to the gym is a huge stress reliever, anxiety reliever AND makes me feel amazing. I got my workout playlist, my Nike's and I'm ready to go. I love going to the gym especially after class on a Friday because it relieves all the stress I've been feeling all week and that means it time to relax (literally so relaxed I can barely type).
